We've been welcoming the warmer weather with some yummy green smoothies. Mostly they include whatever fruit and greens we have on hand with a bit of kefir and orange juice. This one features my first attempt at growing greens indoors, buckwheat lettuce. Yum! We had it in salads and smoothies all week! Next I think we'll try some wheatgrass. And then hopefully soon we'll enjoy some outdoor growing.
